**Job Brief:**

**Position Summary:** The Technical Manager (TM), Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MERL) for an anticipated large-scale, USG-funded program addressing early diagnosis and treatment of TB.

S/he will lead the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of routine project data and periodically document and share lessons learned, best practices, and other deliverables. S/he will actively participate in project coordination mechanisms.
