1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dev Procure (“the Service”) at devprocure.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dev Procure is a digital aggregation platform operated by High Yield that collects and presents international development opportunities — including jobs, procurement tenders, grants, and consulting contracts — from publicly available third-party sources. We do not originate, endorse, or guarantee any listed opportunity.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed on a monthly recurring basis through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Paddle collects and remits VAT and other applicable taxes on our behalf.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Initial subscription payments are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute content from the Service without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dev Procure platform, including its design, aggregation logic, and proprietary features, is owned by High Yield and protected by copyright. Opportunity listings are sourced from public third-party databases and remain the property of their respective originators.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any opportunity listing. Opportunities sourced from third parties may be outdated, removed, or inaccurate. Always verify directly with the originating organisation before applying.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Yield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed opportunities, loss of revenue, or reliance on inaccurate listings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
