Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@devprocure.com within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Renewal Charges
The 14-day refund window applies to initial subscription payments only. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
