No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Dev Procure are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any subscription charge, whether for an initial payment or a renewal.

Because we offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans, you have the opportunity to fully evaluate the service before any charge is made. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to confirm the service meets your needs.

Free Trial

Both the Professional ($9.99/mo) and Agency ($29.99/mo) plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to all features of your chosen plan. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period expires. Cancellation can be done at any time from your Whop account hub.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Whop account hub. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Whop. We do not store your card details. For billing disputes or payment issues, please contact us first at the address below, or raise a dispute directly with your card issuer if the charge was unauthorised.
