**About TOFI.**

TOFI implements a large range of projects together with donors and key national stakeholders to assist countries and communities to successfully emerge from conflict Using a human rights framework, TOFI will be among the INGOs with the largest presence in Somalia, with country-wide programmes implemented through field offices in Somalia /Somaliland, Puntland, Hiran Region, Gedo Region, Bay Region and Banadir Region TOFI Somalia operations focus mainly on people who are affected by displacement, including refugees, internally displaced, and migrant.

**Overall purpose of the role**

Under the line management of the Head of Sub office, the Country MEAL Coordinator will work closely with technical leads at country level, programme field teams, and field-based MEAL staff, to ensure that the TOFI MEAL minimum operating procedures are adhered to, systems and processes are rolled out and being implemented. The Country MEAL Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all country led MEAL related works, supports in logical framework development for proposals, leads on the writing of PDM/evaluation reports, as well as TOFI s Results Plan. The coordinator will provide technical support to MEAL field teams and serve as backstopping support to area offices. The Country MEAL Coordinator working closely with the MEAL Manager, will be responsible for strengthening TOFI Somalia’s monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability
