**About Mari Research and Development (MRD):**

MRD works closely with local communities and international partners to empower vulnerable populations, including survivors of detention and torture, families of the missing, women, and youth.

**Job Title:** Project Assistant (Center Supervisor)
**Location:** Latakia
**Reports to:** Projects Coordinator
Position Purpose

The Project Assistant serves as Center Manager, responsible for day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and coordination of MHPSS, legal, and community mobilization services at the center.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure integrated delivery of MHPSS and legal services.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and HR for center needs.
- Maintain communication with MRD HQ and submit regular reports.
- Represent MRD with local authorities, community stakeholders, and partners.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, or Management.
- At least 3 years’ experience in center or project management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in multi-sectoral humanitarian programming.
- Arabic required; English preferred.
