Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. Seeking an HR professional to strengthen people systems, performance management, and employee relations while partnering with leaders to support workforce stability, compliance, and organizational effectiveness at scale.

## **Responsibilities**

Co-defining Vision and Implementing Strategy:

- Co-designing and implementing people strategies that proactively meet the organization’s workforce, performance, and compliance needs, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, HR operations, and policy implementation.
- Translating organizational goals into practical HR frameworks, tools, and processes that strengthen workforce effectiveness, accountability, and retention.
- Proactively identifying people-related risks (e.g., performance gaps, attrition trends, compliance issues) and advising leadership on mitigation actions before they
