**Job Title:Mobile clinic Admin**

**Job location: Syria – Azaz Office**

**Reports to: Nutrition Coordinator**

**JOB SUMMARY**

The **Mobile clinic Admin** supports the Nutritionist, SBC and MTs teams in providing interventions, during emergency situations. Their responsibilities include Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the team's activities and facilitate their work during implementation, solve problems that arise in the field, maintaining records. Their role is crucial, to make sure that work flow is on truck.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Admin in Mobile clinic for CHW and mobile teams has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Lead the Field Nutrition, SBC Team and MTs team in consultation with the Nutrition Coordinator in order to distribute tasks in the field and ensure adherence to the daily work plan.

• Solve problems that arise in the field with the Nutrition and SBC Team.

• Lead the Nutrition Team in the field after coordinating with the Nutrition coordinator according to an alternating schedule between the members of the supervised team to ensure leadership support and quality control.

• Coordinate the logistic needs of activities in accordance with the implementation plan, such as team cars, distributing nutrition materials, delivering to communities’ items related to the activities, coordinating the set-up and transportation of nutrition activity fixed point, or any other program needs.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the team's activities and facilitate their work during implementation.

• Leading awareness campaigns in communities, providing advice, distributing brochures and vitamins, and referring patients to health centers or nutrition centers.

• Periodically update the nutrition and health services maps necessary for the referral process, and the links with other services and referral mechanisms, and share them with the Program Management.

• Coordinate referrals daily from the teams to treatment centers, health centers.

• Assist Nutrition Coordinator in evaluating the performance of the Nutrition Team and the quality of services provided. In addition to suggesting developments and suggesting new topics based on community and stakeholder feedback.

• Assist Nutrition Coordinator in developing key health messages in nutrition, reproductive health, hygiene, newborn care, etc. to the targeted beneficiaries, and making sure it is delivered appropriately.

• Assist Nutrition Coordinator in recognizing the evolving needs in the community, gaps in access to services, and trends among target populations relevant to program implementation

• Ensure that all relevant information is collected for reporting purposes in a timely manner and that nutrition workers collect required and relevant data from fieldwork.

• Verify the validity of the documents submitted in the lists of beneficiaries of the project in coordination and follow-up with Nutrition Coordinator.

• Submit reports on completed tasks as requested by the supervisor.

• Ensure that policies and guidelines as laid down in UITYD manuals and policies are always adhered to.

• Other related tasks at the request of the line manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**

• University or diploma degree or at least in the fourth year of university in a relevant field (nutrition, health, biomedical science, general science, or other related degrees)

• Minimum three years working experience of community nutrition activity in NGO within Syria.

• Experience of leading the team in field visits within the field for at least one year.

• Preferred to have experience of community health related activities related to PLW (Pregnant and Lactating Woman) and children for at least one year.

• Participate in the distribution nutritional supplements provided to beneficiaries of the nutrition program for at least one round.

• Excellent computer skills, reporting and organizational skills and good time management.

• Strong communication skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• The ability to work under pressure.
