MEAL Assistant

**Work overview**:

Under the supervision of the field supervisor, assisting in working on project service (visual and print media), promoting these projects according to the needs of the plan and its agreements, and documenting activities

**Main responsibilities**

- Follow up on all project monitoring and
- evaluation activities
- Assist in designing monitoring and evaluation
- tools
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and
- sending them to the direct technical manager
- Carrying out all tasks requested by the line
- manager
- Collecting questionnaires and conducting
- focused discussion sessions
- Ensure the accuracy of the collected data, clean
- it, and ensure its quality
- Follow up on complaints and accountability
- mechanisms via (complaints box - WhatsApp -
- complaints email) and also follow up on
- complaints related to sexual exploitation and
- abuse.

**Communication Coordination Other Duties:**

The monitoring and evaluation assistant must

communicate with the beneficiaries periodically

to obtain satisfaction with the services provided.

She must also coordinate with the work team in

order to conduct periodic evaluations and

provide them with an overview of the evaluation

results, lessons learned, and challenges facing the

beneficiaries and activities, which achieves work

development and increased effectiveness, thus

obtaining a better impact.
