INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE - VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM

World Vision Ghana (WVG), a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the well-being of children, families and communities, invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the **Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a Vehicle Tracking System** for its fleet operations across Ghana.

The proposed service should include: real-time vehicle tracking, driver behaviour monitoring, fuel tracking, fleet reporting, and dashboard analytics, together with installation, training, and after-sales support services.

**Eligibility Requirements**

Interested firms must submit the following documentation:

- Company Profile
- Business Registration Documents
- Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Evidence of similar assignments undertaken within the last five (5) years
- At least two (2) reference clients (preferably NGOs or corporate institutions)
- Proof of technical capacity and after-sales support presence in Ghana
