Full Description

**Purpose of the Role**

This role aims to lead the growth and operational development efforts at Yasmeen Virtual School, by improving and organizing work mechanisms, enhancing operational efficiency, supporting sustainability and growth, and contributing to delivering a more professional experience for students and parents.

The position holder will have direct executive responsibility for following up and improving daily operations, developing organizational procedures, supporting expansion, and converting operational needs into more efficient and sustainable work systems and mechanisms in coordination with relevant teams and management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**First: Growth and Expansion**

- Contributing to the development and growth of Yasmeen Virtual School in a way that supports sustainability and increases revenues.
- Studying market needs and target groups, and proposing opportunities for new and scalable services and development.

- Proposing and following up on the implementation of initiatives that help increase enrollment, improve student retention, and enhance the experience of students and parents.

- Monitoring and analyzing growth indicators, revenues, subscriptions, and collections, and submitting development recommendations to management.

- Coordinating with media and marketing teams to support marketing campaigns and improve reach to target groups.

- Supporting management in developing the school's expansion and sustainability plans.

**Second: Operational Development and Work Organization**

- Leading the development and organization of operational and administrative procedures for Yasmeen School to enhance work efficiency and reduce operational pressure on teams.
- Developing and documenting forms, work mechanisms, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Organizing workflows and coordination and follow-up mechanisms between communication teams, teachers, finance, and marketing.

- Following up on the implementation of operational procedur
