EOI - Recruitment of Business Analysts - TCIS

Under the supervision of Business Relationship Managers, the Business Analysts will coordinate business and technical teams during engagement with different Bank-wide clients Bank for the analysis, design, quality assurance, customer relations management, architecture, and maintenance activities for multiple IT platforms. These activities will be performed in close consultation with the business users from multiple departments across the Bank and technical teams from multiple divisions within the Corporate IT Services Department (TCIS) from application development, Infrastructure, enterprise architecture, Information Security, Change Management, and IT Helpdesk teams. The incumbents will ensure that business requirements are accurately defined, analyzed, and translated into effective technological solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery.
