EOI - Senior Consultant to support with SQHIA Mid-Term Review - AHHD

The African Development Bank is seeking the services of a senior consultant to undertake the mid-term review of the Bank’s Strategy for Quality Health Infrastructure in Africa (SQHIA 2022 – 2030). The primary purpose of the mid-term review is to deliver a forward-looking, formative evaluation that provides Bank Management with the evidence required to refine the implementation roadmap for the remaining strategy period through 2030, and to strengthen alignment with the TYS and Cardinal Points. It seeks to balance institutional accountability with a deep focus on learning from early implementation successes and failures.
