EOI - Recruitment of a Firm / Support the set-up of some Organization and Methods Division functions - SNBT

The objective of the assignment is to support the set-up of some organization and methods functions. The consultant will be expected to draw on best practice and preliminary work already completed by the division to develop and finalize, for management clearance, the necessary strategies, frameworks, and processes that will allow the Division to fulfil its mandate of supporting the development, maintenance or strengthening of organizational effectiveness, efficiency and resilience, as outlined in its terms of reference; establish a baseline and monitoring plan for related areas as well as support implementation through change management.
