EOI - Junior Strategy Quality Review Consultant - AHHD

The Bank’s Human Capital, Youth and Skills Development Department (AHHD) plays a key role in achieving the Bank’s Ten Year Strategy 2024-2033 cross cutting priority on ‘Investing in Youth’ and the 4 Cardinal Points (CP), with a particular focus on Cardinal Point No 3 on Harnessing Demographic Transformation for Economic Development and Cardinal Point 4 on Building Climate-Resilient Infrastructure and Robust Value Addition. In 2026, the Department will be undertaking five key sector analytical and strategy work. These include (i) End term evaluation of the Jobs for Youth in Africa Strategy (2016-2025) (ii) End Term evaluation of the Skills for Employability and Productivity in Africa (2022-2025), (iii) Development of the Youth, Skills and Jobs Action Plan (2027-2033), (ii) Roll out of the Youth Skills and Jobs Accelerator and (v) Mid Term Review of the Strategy for Quality Health Infrastructure in Africa 2022-2026. To this end, AHHD is seeking a Junior Strategy Quality Review Consultant to support the timely and quality delivery of the planned sector analytical and strategic work.
