**About us**
Christian Aid views poverty as an affront to humanity — stripping people of dignity, freedom, hope, and the power to shape their own lives. Our vision is clear: *every person should experience life in all its fullness*. We believe this vision can become reality by meeting people in moments of urgent need while addressing the root causes of poverty. We are committed to building a world free from poverty, where all people are treated with equal dignity, able to realize their rights, and empowered to participate fully in society.
This conviction stems from our belief that everyone should be able to fulfil their God‑given potential. In South Sudan, we strive to bring lasting change to the lives of the poorest and most conflict‑affected communities. We work wherever the need is greatest, supporting people to find their own solutions regardless of religion, caste, or creed. If you are passionate about driving positive change among the most vulnerable and excluded, this opportunity may be for you.
Christian Aid is investing in a **Consortium Project Coordinator** to provide overall coordination, leadership, and operational oversight for the *Conflict Anticipatory Action Project (CAAP)* in South Sudan. This role is central to ensuring effective collaboration among consortium partners, alignment with donor requirements, and timely delivery of anticipatory interventions that strengthen resilience and peace in conflict‑affected communities.
We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and recognise the value this brings in forming strong, creative and high performing teams. We welcome applications from all sections of the community, and from those with experience from outside of the voluntary sector. And no, you don’t have to be Christian to work here – we encourage people of all faiths and none to apply. We just ask that everyone lives out our values of dignity, equality, justice and love.
