Center Manager (TVET) - Idleb (Maaret Misrin city)

**Job Purpose:**

To manage the Vocational Training Center and oversee the implementation of daily training activities, while supervising trainers and trainees to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of project objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Vocational Training Center.
- Monitor the implementation of training activities according to the project plan.
- Supervise trainers and trainees to ensure effective training delivery.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the project management.
- Coordinate with the project team and relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of activities.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**

- University or institute degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management or training.
- Good organizational and management skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and work in a team.
- Computer literacy.
