BID NOTICE

private international voluntary organization is issuing a **Request for Proposals (RFP)** in Syria to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers capable of providing **Furniture and Electrical Supplies for WOS**.

This tender is open to **both local and international suppliers**. A detailed list of the required items is included in the **Tender Package**.

Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to the IRC using the email address specified in the RFP **no later than the close of business on** ***28/6/2026*** **at 04:00**.

All bids must fully and clearly respond to all questions and requirements outlined in the RFP. All mandatory supporting documentation must be submitted together with the quotation. Failure to complete any part of the RFP documents or to provide the required documentation will result in disqualification from the bidding process.

Bids submitted after ***28/6/2026*** **at 04:00** will not be accepted.
