## **About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Logistics Specialist** to lead our inventory, warehouse, and distribution operations. This role is critical in ensuring that inputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time to all stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end logistics, from warehouse management and inventory accuracy to transport coordination and last-mile delivery, while driving strong performance against key metrics. You will also play an important role in strengthening team capability and improving logistics systems.

## **Responsibilities**

Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Oversee inventory storage and handling across all warehouse locations
- Ensure warehouses are well-equipped, organized, and operating efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure timely monthly reconciliations
- Drive strong performance on key metrics (e.g. shrinkage, variance, reporting timelines)

Delivery Planning & Execution

- Plan and coordinate distribution from initial modelling to final last-mile delivery
- Develop delivery schedules and ensure execution aligns with timelines
- Track and manage delivery KPIs, especially during peak periods
