This experience must be at or above the GS-15 grade level or equivalent. Your resume must reflect experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement, performance management, strategic planning, business process review, data governance, and complex operational support functions; developing and applying performance metrics and KPIs to inform executive decision-making; leading continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar frameworks; establishing enterprise data standards and analytics solutions; and coordinating cross-functional operational support functions in a complex organization. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
