1\. BACKGROUND
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is implementing activities under project IRQ/24/02/DEU aimed at strengthening labour market inclusion, supporting green employment opportunities and enhancing skills development in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Northern Iraq.
As part of these activities, the project will produce a series of analytical reports, policy briefs and apprenticeship training materials related to labour market diagnostics, reintegration of vulnerable groups and green economy skills development.
To ensure that these publications meet ILO corporate identity standards and publication quality requirements, the ILO seeks to recruit an individual consultant to provide professional design, layout and typesetting services for the publications listed in this Terms of Reference.
The selected consultants will be responsible for producing professionally designed and print-ready publications while ensuring compliance with ILO branding and formatting guidelines.

2\. OBJECTIVE
Assignment Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to support the ILO in the design and formatting of project publications and apprenticeship training materials, ensuring:
• High-quality professional layouts
• Compliance with ILO corporate branding guidelines
• Preparation of print-ready publications
• Delivery of editable open-source design files.
• The publications will be in English while the training materials will be in Kurdish

3\. SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT
The International Labour Organisation seeks for the services of a Translation, Graphic designing and typesetting firm to provide the following services over a period of 50Days from 1July 2026 to 31 August 2026.
3.1 Translation of training materials
The service contractor will be required to translation the following apprenticeship materials that will be packaged into the training toolkits:

3.3 Design Requirements
The consultant shall ensure that:
• All publications follow ILO and GIZ corporate identity guidelines
• Layout and formatting ensure clarity, consistency and readability
• Charts, tables and visual elements are properly formatted
• Final documents are delivered in print-ready PDF format
• Editable design source files (Adobe InDesign format or equivalent) are delivered to the ILO
• The consultant will not be responsible for translation or proofreading, as final text will be provided by the ILO.

3.4 Work Process
The design process will follow these steps:
• The ILO shares finalized publication content with the consultant.
• The consultant prepares initial layout samples.
• The ILO reviews the layout and provides feedback.
• The consultant revises and finalizes the publication design.
• Final print-ready PDF files and editable design files are submitted to the ILO.

4\. DELIVERABLES
The total duration required to provide graphic designing and typesetti
