Temporary Appointment for Administrative Associate, GS-6, Change Management Stream, Business Performance and Modernization (BPM) Section, Global Shared Services Centre, Budapest, Hungary (Only for Hungarian nationals)

UNICEF GSSC is looking for an Administrative Associate in the Change Management section for reviewing, coordinating and responding to escalations and requests from the customers. The incumbent is also expected to review customer feedback received through multiple channels, categorize it and follow up to ensure timely response. Review and analyze the Performance dashboards to share with the customers on a timely basis.
