Supervisory Realty Specialist

The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,829 per year depending on location. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized experience must demonstrate knowledge and application of Federal, commercial and/or corporate realty laws, regulations, and practices in two or more of the following: performing project management or lead responsibility for the lease acquisition of 10,000 sf of office or special purpose space including lease construction; developing and implementing lease acquisition program policy, guidance, or best business practices; managing, supervising, or leading a federal, commercial, and/or corporate realty function; developing short and long range strategies and plans for optimizing federal lease portfolio and leasing performance; and developing, managing, administering and/or negotiating realty contracts.
