SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading and overseeing complex enterprise information technology programs, including systems engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions in support of organizational missions. 2) Developing IT policies, strategic plans, and technical solutions while providing expert guidance to senior leadership on information technology initiatives, modernization efforts, and resource management. 3) Managing large-scale IT projects and programs, including evaluating technical performance, allocating resources, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring mission requirements are achieved efficiently and effectively. 4) Coordinating with senior government officials, technical leaders, and stakeholders to implement information technology solutions, improve organizational performance, and support enterprise-wide business operations. 5) Supervising technical and administrative personnel, including establishing performance standards, evaluating employee performance, managing workforce planning, and ensuring effective execution of program objectives.
