Supervisory Attorney Advisor (Deputy Director)

Bar Membership: Currently an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. AND To qualify for the CT-16 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS/CT-15 level). Specialized experience is defined as that through which one has gained substantial knowledge of the Act and the Commission's regulations and policies, so as to oversee exchange compliance programs, trade practice conduct and market surveillance activities to include managing and directing subordinate staff and the work of others.
