Minimum Qualification Requirements You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialize experience. Specialized Experience for the GS-15 One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: 1. Experience designing, conducting, and managing program evaluations in K-12 or postsecondary education, of which at least one must be an impact evaluation, including evaluations conducted by contractors. 2. Experience leading the development, publication, and dissemination of statutorily-informed program evaluation standards that apply across multiple local, state, or federal agencies or across multiple divisions within a single local, state, or federal agency. 3.

Experiencing chairing local, state, or federal interagency working groups consisting of senior leaders with executing statutory functions: the collection, processing, and protection of statistical data; or the collection and processing of non-statistical data; or program evaluation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
