Under the general supervision and guidance of the Chief Social Policy, the Social Protection/ Cash Transfers Specialist oversees the implementation, monitors, evaluates and improves the delivery and support the implementation of exit strategy, of UNICEF, MSAM and Dutch Embassy cash transfers (HCTs) programme Cash Plus Care : Faaba in Benin, and provides support to the government of Benin in other social protection interventions, including through the assistance in implementing GUPS reform.
