Under the general guidance of the Chief of Social Policy, the Social Policy Officer is accountable for providing technical support and assistance in implementation of cash programming and related advocacy from strategic planning and formulation to delivery of concrete and sustainable results. The role entails working with relevant sections at the country office level, field offices, partners and government stakeholders to support roll out of programmes with cash components.
