We are seeking a qualified Social & Behavior Change (SBC) Specialist at the P-3 level to lead the design, implementation, and institutionalization of evidence-based SBC strategies under the Country Programme 2026–2031. If selected, you will provide technical leadership and advisory support across programme sections and field offices, supervise a team of UNV personnel, and strengthen SBC integration at scale, with a strong focus on equity and the most marginalized children and adolescents.
