Under the close supervision and guidance of the P3 Administrative and Finance Specialist the incumbent supports the effective management of the CSC budget, payroll for all UNICEF staff based in Rome, while providing technical guidance and oversight to the Finance Assistant and Finance Associate to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery of finance related transactions. The role requires the incumbent to have a strong understanding of both programmatic and funding components of UNICEF’s work. The position involves the supervisory responsibility of others.
