To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQ) related to this position within your resume. Your Resume must be 2 pages. If you submit a resume that exceeds the two-page limit, you will immediately be deemed ineligible for this position and will receive no further consideration. We recommend using a sans-serif font such as Lato, if available. Other acceptable options include Calibri, Helvetica, Arial, Verdana, Open Sans, Source Sans Pro, Roboto, or Noto Sans. Please use 0.5-inch margins. For formatting, consider using a 14-point font for titles and a 10-point font for the main body text. Your resume should include examples of experience, education, and accomplishments applicable to the qualification(s). If your resume does not reflect demonstrated evidence of these qualifications, you may not receive consideration for the position. There is NO requirement to prepare a separate narrative statement specifically addressing the Mandatory Technical Qualification (MTQ). MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (MTQ): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the following mandatory technical qualification.

MTQ: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying innovative approaches to standard and rapid acquisition processes to include services and/or products/weapon systems in accordance with current acquisition regulations and policies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a Critical Acquisition Position. Unless specifically waived by the appropriate Army official, (i.e., the Army Director of Acquisition Career Management, the Army Acquisition Executive, or the Secretary of the Army) or if the employee is Grandfathered under Chapter 87 of Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C), Section 1736(c)(1), the following are statutorily mandated requirements (Reference: 10 U.S.C. 1732 and 1737): Selectee must execute, as a condition of appointment, a written agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years. In signing such agreement, the employee does not forfeit any employment rights, nor does such an agreement alter any other terms or conditions of employment. This is a Key Leadership Position (KLP), which is a subset of a Critical Acquisition Position. The selectee must meet all required KLP certification standards at the time of assignment or have an approved waiver signed by the Army Acquisition Executive. This critical acquisition position requires ADVANCED level certification in the Acquisition Functional Area of Program Management. Advanced Level Certification must be met within 4 years from appointment.
