Purpose of consultancy
The Consultant will be responsible for providing technical coordination and substantive support to resource mobilization efforts particularly in the development of high-quality, compelling, and timely concept notes, full funding proposals, and, where relevant, investment cases and financing proposals, working across technical divisions, country offices, and external partners, and ensuring alignment with donor or financing partner priorities and requirements.
