The scope of the consultancy work to provide technical and operational support for knowledge management to strengthen UNICEF China’s partnerships with China-based financial institutions, in support of international development finance and innovative financing initiatives to benefit children globally. The consultancy will contribute to research, policy analysis, capacity building, and event management aligned with UNICEF China’s Country Programme (2026–2030) and UNICEF’s regional and global priorities.
