UNICEF seeks to engage a consultant / report producer to develop and support the launch of a global report on private sector engagement in education. This report will build on the existing UNICEF in-house work, which reviews and analyses the triple crises of learning, resource and employability. The report will elaborate on the private sector’s triple roles of being provider, financier and broker. The report will also consider the time frame, system levels and intervention areas for private sector engagement.
