Under the direction and guidance of the Deputy Representative for Programmes, coordinates the overall emergency preparedness and response of the country office. Responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of emergency interventions, including fundraising for emergency activities, to ensure the survival and well-being of children, mothers, and affected communities. Provides coordination and support for policy and programme planning and management within UNICEF-supported emergency programmes.
