Support the Quality Assurance Officer of Quality Assurance Unit of Operations Section in the management of HACT related functions, with particular focus on assessment and assurance activities of HACT for KCO and implementing partnerships management.  The incumbent is expected to ensure effective planning, implementation and monitoring of HACT implementation in KCO. The role will also include preparation and sharing of Key Performance Indicators reports with management as and when required.
