Project Manager

For each job on your resume, provide: the exact dates you held each job (from month/year to month/year) number of hours per week you worked (if part time). The GS-13 salary range starts at $106,437 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized experience: experience that demonstrates the ability to perform project management on large and highly complex commercial construction and/or large and complex commercial building repair and alteration projects. This experience must include: budget and resource forecasting; application of procurement practices and techniques; leading others as a senior member of a project team; conducting contract negotiations with high level business, industry and/or Government officials; as well as contract administration and closeout.
