UNICEF South Sudan is looking for a Programme Manager (Risk & Direct Cash Delivery) to lead our growing cash assistance portfolio. This 6‑month role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for safe, efficient cash delivery to frontline workers and households. You’ll drive the development of cash standards, data and payment systems, and integrated risk and accountability frameworks—while strengthening internal capacities and guiding senior management on risk‑informed, harmonized approaches.
