People & Culture Officer, NO-B, Payroll and Offboarding Section, Global Shared Services Centre, Budapest, Hungary (Only for Hungarian nationals)

The role is accountable for end-to-end payroll operations, including simulations, error resolution, off-cycle runs, retroactive adjustments, and separation payments—as well as the Separation from Service, Pension & Health Insurance Administration including - interpretation and approval of HR entitlements and benefits. In addition, the incumbent provides expert guidance to management and staff on HR policies, supervises team members, delivers training, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
