UNICEF is looking for a professional who will provide leadership and representation of the Cluster/ Working Group at country level. They will facilitate the processes that will ensure a well-coordinated, strategic, adequate, coherent, and effective response by participants in the national Cluster/ Working Group that is accountable to those who are affected by the emergency.
