National Individual Consultant for the Final Evaluation of implementation of the National Child Protection Programme for 2022–2026

To conduct an independent Final evaluation of the Programme, UNICEF is seeking a team of an International Consultant – Evaluation Team Leader and a National consultant (present ToR).
The Team Leader will oversee the entire evaluation process, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines, and maintaining quality and compliance with evaluation standards. The national consultant will support the Team Leader by carrying out specific tasks, providing expertise in child protection and related areas, collecting data, engaging with partners and stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of deliverables in Romanian (with translation by the international consultant).
