The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services (MCDSS) in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current Single Window Management Information System (MIS) and recommending measures to align it with the redesigned Single Window business processes. The consultant will review the existing Single Window MIS and the concept note for the redesigned Single Window, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations to ensure functional, technical, and process alignment.
