National Consultant-CRVS and Innovations Expert, Dodoma, Tanzania/ Child Protection, 5 months, NATIONAL ONLY (office based with trip)

The purpose of this consultancy is to support the effective operationalisation and early implementation of the BRIDGE‑TZ project by strengthening coordination across stakeholders, establishing robust implementation systems, and facilitating the timely contracting of key service providers essential for project delivery.

The consultant will work closely with UNICEF and government partners to ensure that project rollout is efficient, strategically sequenced, and fully aligned with national systems, civil registration reforms, and broader digital governance priorities, enabling the BRIDGE‑TZ initiative to begin implementation with clarity, coherence, and strong institutional ownership.
