MWR Engineering Technician (Project Manager)

Must have the experience and ability to proficiently utilize Computer Aided Drafting programs Must have experience in developing construction cost estimates Practical knowledge(s) of civil/structural/ architectural engineering concepts, principles, and practices applicable to the full range of duties concerned with the design, layout, and construction of facilities structures such as retail buildings, childcare centers, auto hobby shop, recreational facilities including golf courses, bowling centers, etc. Technical familiarity with related engineering fields, such as electrical, mechanical, and architectural. Knowledge of review and evaluation techniques and contract specifications. Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the contracting of government A-E services, as well as the contractor selection process.

Knowledge of building, safety and environmental codes and regulations. Knowledge of organization, budgeting, planning, and project management techniques. Ability to coordinate the work of others and motivate and load individuals of a variety of backgrounds.
