Ability to present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated ability in standard office software such as word processing, graphics presentations, spreadsheet and e-mail. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. General knowledge of MWR programs, APF and NAF funding, and oversight relationship to child and youth programs.

Experience working with regulatory, personnel, funding and budgeting proponents at Headquarters Level (with Major Command or Region experience preferred). Knowledge of management analysis, personnel development, and financial programs. Preferred are those candidates that possess a combination of experience and education (graduate degree with course of study in business administration, accounting, economics, or other related management/academic) in Child and Youth Services. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education.
