Makani Program - Monitoring and Implementation Support Consultant-Refugee Camps, Jordan, On-Site, (for Nationals)

UNICEF Jordan supports the delivery of integrated child development and protection services through Makani centers placed in Azraq and Zaatari refugee camps, providing children and adolescents with access to learning support services, skills building, life skills, psychosocial support, child protection, early childhood development, and parenting programs.
This consultancy will provide systematic field monitoring and quality assurance of Makani Center operations and program implementation from September to December 2026. In line with program scale-down plans and the phased closure of some of the existing community-based centers and reduction in field workers (IBVs), the assignment requires specialized technical oversight to support the strategic reshaping and prioritization of a reduced package of services, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and accountability commitments.
