Local Consultancy: Maternal and Child Nutrition Consultant

If you are a dedicated and analytical public health professional with experience in maternal and early childhood nutrition, UNICEF Philippines invites you to apply as Consultant for Nutrition under the Health Section. The consultant will provide technical and operational support in advancing nutrition initiatives through advocacy, policy development, and systems strengthening in close collaboration with the Department of Health. The role will focus on supporting the development and finalization of key policies, including the Administrative Order on the Establishment of Nutrition Support Groups, as well as strengthening maternal nutrition interventions such as the transition to Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation. Working under the supervision of the Nutrition Specialist, the consultant will coordinate with national and subnational stakeholders to ensure effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of nutrition programs.

The assignment will contribute to improving maternal and child nutrition outcomes and ensuring alignment with national priorities and global standards.
