Local Consultancy: Health Economist for Nutrition Public Finance

UNICEF Philippines is seeking a Nutrition Public Financial Management (PFM) Consultant who will provide high-level technical leadership and coordination support to advance nutrition financing reforms. The consultant will lead key analytical workstreams including costing, budget tagging and tracking, public expenditure analysis, and fiscal space assessment while ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with national priorities and the Child Nutrition Fund (CNF). The role will also support government partners and stakeholders in strengthening systems for resource generation, allocation, tracking, and efficiency, while contributing to advocacy, capacity building, and institutionalization of nutrition PFM initiatives.

This consultancy will be based in UNICEF Philippines.
