Full Description

Superior ability to focus targeting and collection on coordinated intelligence gaps. Expert understanding of IC resource processes, prioritization processes, and mission management principles. At least four years of experience in the Intelligence Community as a collector, analyst, mission manager, liaison officer, or manager. Superior ability to develop path-breaking initiatives; solve tough problems; lead projects to achieve common goals; and experience in driving interagency progress. Superior leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions, and consider alternatives. Expert analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically; meet strategic goals and objectives; adapt views and approaches as needed; develop and coordinate recommendations leading to lasting change; and evaluate outcomes against requirements, goals and objectives. Superior interpersonal skills and superior ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team or collaborative environment. Expert oral and written communication skills, including ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.

Desired Requirements: Must list the Lowest Educational Degree Level (High School, Bachelors, Masters, PhD). Experience representing the IC in engagements with senior government officials. Experience in the economic security mission area. Experience with multiple portions of the intelligence cycle (e.g. planning and direction; collection; processing; analysis and production; and dissemination). Experience directly supporting non-military policy customers. Experience in the private sector or in intelligence roles that require significant interaction with the private sector. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
