UNICEF Cambodia is seeking an International Consultant – People and Culture Specialist (Transition Support). The assignment requires Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field along with a minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in People & Culture, preferably within the UN system or international organizations. Experience supporting organizational change or HR service delivery transitions is a strong asset.
