Interdisciplinary Environmental Engineer / Physical Scientist

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as project manager for complex Navy environmental compliance projects, such as development of contractor scopes of work/performance work statements, government estimates for contracting, contractor funds management, contractor proposal review and negotiation, contractor oversight, invoicing, and contracting officer representative (COR) duties; 2) Providing guidance, coordination and technical expertise on complex Navy environmental cmpliance4 issues and processes; and 3) Experience with Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, DON and DOW policies and processes related to environmental compliance.
